BSEH affiliation applications 2026-27: The Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) has announced the schedule for affiliation applications for the 2026-27 academic session. Non-government schools with temporary recognition at the Secondary or Senior Secondary level can submit their affiliation application forms and fees online from October 6 to October 31, 2026.
The Board has also extended the deadline for government schools, non-government schools with permanent recognition, and Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths. These institutions can submit their affiliation forms and fees online until October 16, 2026, including the applicable late fee.
Temporary affiliation applications open from October 6
BSEH Chairman Sh. Shankar Lal Dhupar and Secretary Sh. Deepak Babulal Karwa (IAS) said non-government schools holding temporary recognition can apply for affiliation for the 2026-27 session during the prescribed window.
The affiliation fee is Rs 8,000, inclusive of 18% GST. Schools that do not submit their applications for temporary affiliation within the scheduled period can apply between November 1 and November 10, 2026, by paying a late fee of Rs 5,000, inclusive of 18% GST.
The affiliation fee must be deposited online through the HDFC Bank payment gateway.
Deadline extended for other schools
For government schools, non-government schools with permanent recognition, and Gurukuls and Vidyapeeths, the deadline for submitting affiliation applications and fees has been extended to October 16, 2026.
Heads of the concerned institutions must ensure that the application forms are submitted online by the extended deadline along with the late fee of Rs 5,000, inclusive of 18% GST.

Documents and technical support
The affiliation application form and fee must be submitted online through the link available on the official BSEH website, http://www.bseh.org.in. Schools are required to upload the documents specified in the affiliation application form.
The Board said all other instructions issued earlier regarding the affiliation process will remain unchanged.
