Gurgaon: Haryana govt has ordered a major reshuffle of IPS and HPS officers, with key changes in police postings in Gurgaon, Manesar and Faridabad. The transfers, effective immediately, include new deputy commissioners of police (DCP) for South Gurgaon and Manesar, besides changes in Faridabad police commissionerate.According to the order issued by Haryana home department on Sunday, Ayush Yadav, a 2022-batch IPS officer, who was DCP (East), Sonipat, with additional charge of superintendent of police (SP), Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau, has been posted as DCP, South Gurgaon. He replaces Hitesh Yadav, who has been transferred as DCP, Bahadurgarh.Prateek Gahlot, a 2021-batch IPS officer, currently DCP (traffic), Gurgaon, and in charge of MERC, has been posted as DCP, Manesar, with additional charge of 4th Indian Reserve Battalion commandant in Manesar. He replaces Parbina P, a 2020-batch officer, who has been transferred as SP, govt railway police, Ambala Cantt.Rajesh Kumar, a 2014-batch IPS officer, presently SP, state crime branch, with additional charge of community policing and outreach and security, Gurgaon, has been posted as SP, law and order, Panchkula. He will also hold additional charge of SP, special task force and social outreach in Panchkula.In Faridabad, 2021-batch IPS officer Rajesh Mohan, presently DCP crime, has been transferred as DCP, central. He is replaced in the crime wing by Jaibir Singh, currently DCP (traffic), Faridabad.Usha Devi, presently DCP of central Faridabad, has been transferred as SP, state crime branch, with additional charge of SP, social outreach.Bhartender Kumar, presently DSP, state vigilance and anti-corruption bureau, has been shifted as DSP, Palwal, while Anil Kumar, currently DSP, Palwal, has been posted as ACP, Gurgaon. Narender Kumar, currently ACP, Faridabad, has been posted as DSP, Hansi.The order also covers officers in Jhajjar, Sonipat and other districts. Ramesh Gulia, currently DSP, Kaithal, has been posted as ACP, Bahadurgarh, while Dinesh Kumar, currently ACP, Bahadurgarh, has been transferred as DSP, Hansi.The order was issued by additional chief secretary of the home department Sudhir Rajpal.
