Jaipur: Hanumangarh police Wednesday arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly contacting a Pakistani terrorist on social media, sharing his posts and sending him his mobile number, officials said. The accused, Jaswant Kumar alias Sonu, is a resident of Hanumangarh Town police station limits. Hanumangarh SP Narendra Singh Meena said Jaswant allegedly came in contact with Pakistani terrorist Shahzad Bhatti through social media platforms. He said Jaswant was following Bhatti’s social media accounts, shared his posts showing weapons and also sent his mobile number through electronic communication. Bhatti is allegedly involved in activities aimed at spreading terror and has built a network of followers on social media. Police said the accused has four previous cases against him, including under the NDPS Act and other serious charges. tnn
