Silchar: Marking a significant boost to educational infrastructure in the hill district, governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya on Thursday inaugurated new school buildings of Vivekananda Vidyalaya and Saraswati Vidya Mandir Secondary School at Haflong in Dima Hasao district.Acharya stressed the importance of value-based education and character-building in shaping the nation’s future. He lauded the efforts of the local administration in strengthening academic infrastructure and promoting quality education in the hill district.
