GURGAON: Police have arrested an individual and apprehended a juvenile for allegedly performing a dangerous stunt with a Scorpio on a public road near Dhunela on the Sohna Expressway.The vehicle was parked in the middle of the road while the stunt was being performed, putting the lives of the driver and other commuters at risk, police said.The action was taken after a video of the incident surfaced on social media, following which Bhondsi police registered a case on June 23 under relevant provisions of law.A police team from Bhondsi police station traced and apprehended the two accused on the same day. During the investigation, the vehicle owner, identified as Noor Deen (36), a resident of Dhunela, was arrested.Police said the stunt was performed by a juvenile, who had been provided the Scorpio by Noor Deen. The investigation found that the vehicle was deliberately taken onto the road and parked in the middle of the carriageway before the stunt was carried out. The Scorpio used in the offence has been recovered by police.Further investigation into the case is underway.
