Ahmedabad: Ahmedabad: The socio-economic landscape of Gujarat’s major urban hubs is witnessing a significant shift, as the state government reported a sharp decline in the number of families living Below the Poverty Line (BPL) in Ahmedabad and Surat districts over the last two years.
