Panaji: Saloni Utagi was declared the Goa state topper by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) results 2026, declared late on Thursday evening. Utagi scored 99.84 percentile and had an all India rank of 3033.Of 11.21 lakh candidates qualified in NEET (UG) 58 per cent are women. Utagi was only among 13 female candidates declared state or UT toppers in the country.
