New Delhi: In a hit-and-run incident, a 41-year-old man lost his life after being struck by a car that was allegedly being driven in a highly negligent and reckless manner in South Delhi’s Greater Kailash 1 area on Wednesday.The deceased, identified as Surendra Das, was employed as a house help and had been working for an elderly couple for over two decades.The incident occurred at approximately 8.15 pm in the B Block of GK-1. According to reports, Das was riding his motorcycle within the residential colony when a car, reportedly speeding at over 120 kmph crashed into his bike with tremendous force. The impact of the collision was so severe that it proved fatal for Das, who succumbed to his injuries.
