What started as a childhood passion soon evolved into a career marked by remarkable consistency and success, particularly in doubles badminton.Tushar achieved the rare distinction of winning the Uttar Pradesh State Championship gold medal in Men’s Doubles across every major age category—Under-15, Under-17, Under-19 and Senior. The feat established him among the most successful doubles players produced by the state and ensured his regular selection for Uttar Pradesh teams at national championships from the junior level through the senior ranks.As his reputation grew, so did his accomplishments on the national stage. Partnering with fellow doubles specialists, Tushar emerged as part of the No. 1-ranked Under-19 Boys’ Doubles pair in India, underlining his consistency and competitive edge. In 2018, he also played a key role in helping Uttar Pradesh secure a bronze medal at the Under-19 National Team Championship, further cementing his place among the country’s top junior players.The breakthrough that elevated his profile beyond national borders came in 2021 at the Croatia Valamar Junior International Series, a Badminton World Federation (BWF)-sanctioned event. Tushar clinched the Boys’ Doubles title, marking his first major international triumph and announcing his arrival on the global stage. The victory not only brought recognition to the young shuttler but also highlighted the growing badminton talent emerging from Uttar Pradesh.Since then, Tushar has continued to represent India at several prestigious international tournaments, including the Bangladesh International Challenge (2022), Bendigo International (2023), Sydney International Series (2023), and Denmark International Challenge (2024). Competing against higher-ranked international opponents helped him steadily improve his standing, eventually achieving a career-high BWF World Ranking of No. 120 in Men’s Doubles. Domestically, he climbed to a career-best Senior National Ranking of No. 13, reflecting his status among India’s leading doubles players.Alongside his international pursuits, Tushar has excelled in university badminton while representing Jain University.
