Sharon has worked closely with the team and understands the business well. This change reflects the depth of our internal leadership and our continued focus on execution,” Krishnamurthy said, thanking Sinha for her contributions. The move also reshapes leadership across the fashion vertical. The company said it will initiate the process to identify a successor for the marketplace business. The announcement confirms a transition that had been under discussion in recent days and comes amid a broader set of senior-level changes at Flipkart.
