Fino Payments Bank Limited on Monday informed stock exchanges that its Chief Compliance Officer Aashish Pathak has tendered his resignation, citing personal reasons.
“I hereby tender my resignation from my position of Chief Compliance Officer, Principal Officer, and Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank on account of personal reasons,” he said in the letter.
In a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the bank said Pathak, who is part of its senior management personnel, submitted his resignation on March 13, 2026. His last working day will be March 31, 2026, as mutually agreed with the management.
“I am sincerely grateful for the opportunities I have had during my tenure. I have gained invaluable experience and insights during my time here, and I will always cherish these learnings and memories,” he added.
The bank did not disclose details on succession or interim arrangements for the compliance function.
Fino Payments Bank is listed on both the NSE and BSE.
