Textiles maker Filatex Fashions Limited on Thursday said it has amicably resolved a dispute linked to an alleged preferential allotment transaction through the online dispute resolution (ODR) mechanism.

“We would hereby like to inform the Stock Exchange that the Company has received a Conciliation Report dated May 13, 2026, issued by the Conciliator appointed through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism in the matter between Filatex Fashions Limited and Bhushan Saindane,” Filatex Fashions said in its filing.

In a regulatory filing, the company informed stock exchanges that it has received a conciliation report dated May 13, 2026, issued by a conciliator appointed under the ODR framework in a matter involving Filatex Fashions and an investor, Bhushan Saindane .

The conciliation proceedings related to allegations concerning a preferential allotment and issues around allotment or refund of the investment. According to the company, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties, and the proceedings have been concluded successfully .

Filatex Fashions said the conciliation outcome will not have any material adverse impact on its financial position, operations, or other business activities .

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
