DSK Legal UAE has appointed Bapsy Dastur as a Partner in its Abu Dhabi office. Prior to joining DSK Legal, Dastur was the chief legal officer at Landmark Group.
Dastur brings over two decades of C-suite and board-level experience advising multinational corporations, family-owned enterprises, and governing bodies across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Her core expertise spans corporate governance, cross-border restructuring, M&A, regulatory strategy, and enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, with a distinctive focus on governance transformation, shareholder alignment, and succession planning.
Dastur has held senior leadership roles as general counsel and chief legal officer across global and family-owned conglomerates operating in Energy, Oil & Gas, Maritime & Logistics, Infrastructure, Financial Services, Hospitality, Retail, and Technology.
Dastur holds experience in navigating boardroom dynamics, aligning stakeholder interests, and delivering strategic clarity in high-stakes situations. Her experience includes advising on high-value, cross-border transactions and leading complex organisational transformations, while embedding robust governance and risk management practices at scale.
