DIC India Limited on Tuesday said its head of legal and senior managerial personnel, Ashutosh Bishnoi, has resigned from the company citing personal reasons, according to a stock exchange filing.
“This is to inform that Mr. Ashutosh Bishnoi, Head- Legal and Senior Managerial Personnel of DIC India Limited, ceases to hold the office w.e.f June 30, 2026 due to his resignation tendered by email dated May 06, 2026, mentioning personal reasons,” DIC India said in its exchange filing.
Adding, “The Company has accepted his resignation, and he has been relieved from his responsibilities from the close of business hours of June 30, 2026 at 06:00 PM.”
The company said Bishnoi’s resignation was tendered via email on May 6, 2026, and has been accepted by the board. He was relieved from his responsibilities with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026, at 6 pm.
In the resignation letter, Bishnoi said, “I am grateful and obliged for the opportunities I have had during my tenure at DIC; and have truly enjoyed working with you and the entire team. Thank you for the constant support and guidance.”
DIC India informed the exchanges that the cessation has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the Sebi (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
