Prayagraj: The official X (formerly Twitter) handle of the Prayagraj DCP City was hacked late Saturday night, resulting in more than 100 suspicious posts being published from the account.Following the breach, the account was temporarily suspended. A team from the cybercrime police station has launched an investigation into the incident.A senior police officer told TOI that an email has been sent to X India regarding the breach and that the account is expected to be restored within 24 hours.According to reports, the compromised handle was used to post repetitive spam messages and cryptocurrency-related content.
