Mandya: DC Kumara has directed officials to ensure that the II PUC Annual Exam-2 (supplementary examinations), scheduled from April 30 to May 13, is conducted transparently and without any lapses.Chairing a preparatory meeting at the DC’s office on Monday, he said a total of 2,877 students will appear for the examinations across seven centres in the district.The examinations will be held from 10am to 1.15pm. On the final day, May 13, exams will be conducted in two sessions — from 10am to 1.15pm and from 2pm to 4.15pm.To maintain the integrity of the examination process, all photocopy and cyber centres within a 200-metre radius of examination centres will remain closed during the exam period.Kumara said all examination centres are equipped with CCTV cameras and will be monitored continuously. He instructed officials to ensure that all cameras function without any technical glitches during the examination period.The DC also stressed the importance of providing essential infrastructure at all examination centres.
