Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co have acted as the Indian legal counsel to Jio Platforms Limited on the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of the company. Khaitan & Co and White & Case acted as the domestic and international counsels the book running lead managers on this transaction.

The BRLMs on this proposed IPO include Kotak Mahindra Capital, Morgan Stanley India, BofA Securities India, Axis Capital, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets India, CLSA India, DAM Capital Advisors, Goldman Sachs Securities, HDFC Bank, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, IIFL Capital Services, Jefferies India, JM Financial, J.P. Morgan India, SBI Capital Markets, UBS Securities India and 360 ONE WAM.

Jio Platforms has filed the draft red herring prospectus in connection with the IPO on June 19, 2026, with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The IPO is expected to be among the largest public offerings in the history of India’s capital markets.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 270,000,000 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each. The IPO remains subject to receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals, and the issue price shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws.
