Bhubaneswar: Schools and anganwadi centres in Cuttack will remain closed for three days from Tuesday in the wake of prevailing heatwave. All colleges, both govt and private, will also remain closed during this period. Notifying this on Monday, Cuttack district administration said all govt, govt-aided and private schools, besides anganwadi centres will remain closed from April 21-23. The administration directed online classes in schools for completion of the syllabus and all anganwadi centres to ensure distribution of take-home ration instead of hot cooked food. Ganjam also will see schools closed for three days, but exams will be held as per Odisha School Education Programme Authority guidelines. Schools have been directed to ensure adequate arrangements at exam centres. TNN
