Srinagar, Mar 25: The Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council has issued a notification inviting applications from Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) of the December 2025 batch for undergoing Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship (CRMI) in medical colleges across Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the notification, candidates who have obtained their MBBS degrees from recognised foreign institutions and qualified the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations are eligible to apply. The Council stated that the application process has commenced through its official online portal.
Applicants seeking provisional registration and CRMI have been directed to complete the process through the FMG CRMI module available on the Council’s website and upload all required documents as per guidelines.
The JKMC has clarified that no offline applications will be entertained at its Jammu or Srinagar offices under any circumstances.
As per the schedule, the last date for submission of online applications is April 30, 2026, while physical verification of documents will be conducted till May 8, 2026, after prior online appointment.
The provisional merit list will be displayed on May 12, followed by submission of objections till May 15. The final merit list along with allotment of medical colleges is scheduled to be published on May 22, 2026.
