Thane: The Special NIA Mumbai court gave permission to Shamil Nachan to attend the funeral of his father, Saquib Nachan, which is to be held on Monday at Padgha village in Thane District. Sixty-three-year-old former SIMI activist Saqib Nachan, who was arrested by NIA in the ISIS Maharashtra module case in 2023, died on Saturday morning while receiving treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. .
