Chandigarh: An unidentified man and woman allegedly stole a gold necklace weighing around 25.7g from a jewellery showroom in Sector 17, Chandigarh. A case was filed on a complaint registered by showroom manager Sandeep, a resident of Sector 27. No arrest has been made so far. In his police complaint, Sandeep said that on Feb 5, 2026, at around 2pm, a couple came to the showroom and started examining gold jewellery sets, without buying anything.
