Surat: A young couple were found dead at their home in Katargam on Sunday morning. Abhay Katarariya (23) and his wife Disha (19) lived in Kismat Colony in a joint family. They got married last year after falling in love. The couple had gone out for dinner on Saturday, which marked their first wedding anniversary and returned home later at night. They went to their room on the second floor after returning home.The family broke open the door when they did not come out of their room and further did not respond to knocking on the door, on Sunday morning. After breaking the door, they were shocked to see Abhay hanging from the ceiling while Disha was lying on the bed in an unconscious condition. Both were rushed to a hospital where they were declared dead.Katargam police have registered an accidental death case and started an investigation. While Abhay worked in a lift company, Disha was working with a leading waffle brand outlet in Surat.
