Patna: A two-day training programme for Congress block presidents from 20 districts will be held at Kutumba in Aurangabad district from Friday, party state spokesperson Snehashish Vardhan said on Thursday.He said participants would be imparted knowledge about Mahatma Gandhi’s teachings on truth, ethics and simplicity. AICC in charge of Bihar affairs Krishna Allavaru and state Congress president Rajesh Ram will attend the programme, while the training sessions will be conducted under the guidance of Ranjit Kumar Mishra.
