Patna: The Congress on Saturday launched a two-day ‘trainers’ training camp’ at its state headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram, to prepare a dedicated pool of trainers who will strengthen the party organisation and disseminate its ideology down to the booth level. The camp was inaugurated by Bihar Congress president Rajesh Ram and AICC Bihar in charge Krishna Allavaru, who jointly lit ceremonial lamps at the venue.Party leaders said the programme aims to build a cadre of trained instructors who will, in turn, conduct training sessions for Congress workers at the block, panchayat and booth levels. The participants will be imparted training on the party’s ideological foundations as well as organisational functioning.The initiative is part of the Congress’ efforts to strengthen its grassroots network and enhance organisational preparedness ahead of upcoming political challenges in the state.
