Patna: State Congress dissidents led by former state research department head Anand Madhav on Tuesday staged a dharna outside the party’s national headquarters, Indira Bhawan, in Delhi, pressing for changes in the Bihar unit’s leadership.Their primary demands included the replacement of state Congress president Rajesh Ram and AICC in charge for Bihar, Krishna Allavaru.The dissidents said they had submitted their concerns about the functioning of the state unit to the party leadership but no action had been taken over the past 10 months. They said they were forced to stage the dharna outside Indira Bhawan to press for their demands.
