CMS INDUSLAW has advised SFO Technologies on its INR 750 crore fundraise round led by Trident Growth Partners and Amicus Capital. Pioneer Legal acted as legal counsel to Trident Growth Partners, Amicus Capital and their group investors on the transaction.
The fundraise round also saw participation from Anicut Continuum Equity Fund and HDFC AMC Select AIF FOF-1.
SFO Technologies is the flagship company of the NeST Group and a Kochi‑based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider with capabilities across design, engineering, and manufacturing of high‑complexity products.
