Mirzapur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday visited Maa Vindhyavasini Temple in Mirzapur ahead of Chaitra Navratri and prayed for the state’s prosperity. The CM offered a red ‘chunari’ to Goddess Vindhyavasini before offering ‘aarti’ and performing ‘parikrama’ of the temple. Yogi later inspected the Vindhyavasini Corridor development project and arrangements being made for the Chaitra Navratri, beginning on Thursday. During a tour of the Vindhyavasini Corridor, Yogi interacted with devotees and met children, asking about their studies and advising them to limit mobile phone use.
