Begusarai: A 27-year-old railway passenger had a close shave when he fell into the gap between the train and the platform while boarding the moving Hatia-bound Koshi Express at Begusarai railway station on Monday. RPF inspector Arvind Kumar Singh said the man, identified as Saurav Kumar, a resident of Kutcheri locality under Begusarai town police station area, reached the platform while the train had already started moving. “Noticing the incident, the RPF personnel got the train stopped immediately. He was subsequently pulled from the gap,” Singh said. Saurav was admitted to the sadar hospital.
