Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president T Jagga Reddy asked the online sensation Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder and supporters of CJP concept, which had attracted 18 million followers on social media, to compare the 11 years rule of Modi govt and Congress party’s rule right from Jawaharlal Nehru. He said CJP took birth on social media i.e modern technology and Congress former PM Rajiv Gandhi, is considered as the architect of modern technology especially IT and telecom. He said if CJP wants to protect the country, they should support and join hands with Rahul Gandhi.“Only Congress party and Rahul Gandhi can protect the Constitution, which is under threat now. Rahul Gandhi has been warning the people to protect the Constitution. Like body armor (Kavach Kundal to Karna), Constitution is a shield for the people of the country as long as the armor is there, there no danger to the country,” Jagga Reddy told media at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday.The Congress leader alleged that BJP was winning the elections by using religion and using the names of Gods and also with fake votes. “If not Lord Rama, they use the name of Lord Krishna to win the elections. People should realise the deception of the BJP. People get benefit only if they freely vote without any pressures and influences,’ he said. “Every I perform Srirama Kalyanam every year in a grand manner for more than two decades. But never used Lord Rama’s name for the seeking votes in my assembly constituency Sangareddy,” he said.Jagga Reddy also dismissed the development by the BJP at the Centre. Before BJP came into power the debt was just Rs 54 lakh crore, which rose to now to Rs 147 lakh crore and people of the country should notice this, he said. The TPCC working president said Rahul Gandhi would become prime minister by winning 300 seats and the Congress party is the only saviour of the country and the Constitution.ends/
