New Delhi: Cockroach Janta Party on Thursday demanded chief election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar‘s resignation, warning of a nationwide agitation if he does not quit within 48 hours.

CJP founder Abhijit Dipke said: “If Gyanesh Kumar does not resign within 48 hours, we will start a nationwide protest, before coming for a protest in Delhi.” He added: “If CEC doesn’t resign, ‘Jantar Mantar 2.0’ will definitely happen.”

CJP also announced an ‘Election Thik Karo’ campaign, similar to their earlier ‘School Thik Karo’ initiative.
