As enterprises accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital workflows, security leaders are facing emerging risks at the intersection of AI, identity governance and contract management, areas that can often remain outside traditional cybersecurity oversight.

ETCISO, in collaboration with Zoho Sign, will bring together cybersecurity, technology and security leaders for a webinar on August 20 to examine these emerging risks and the gaps that can expose organisations to security, compliance and operational vulnerabilities.

The session, titled “The CISO‘s Blind Spot: AI, Identity and the Gaps in Your Contract Workflows,” will focus on how AI-driven automation is changing identity and access management, while digital contract workflows create new security and compliance challenges.

The discussion will feature Chandramouli Dorai, Chief Evangelist, Cyber Solutions and Digital Signatures, Zoho Corporation; Ravi Kanth Chava, IS/IT Security and Compliance Lead, Nestlé; and Sandeep Jamdagni, Head of Information Technology and Security, Central Park.

As AI systems increasingly automate processes involving access, approvals and decision-making, identity governance is becoming a critical component of enterprise security. The webinar will examine potential gaps across employees, systems and third-party users, and their implications for organisations deploying AI-enabled workflows.

Digital contract processes are another area where security risks can be overlooked. The session will examine how weaknesses in contract workflows can create legal, compliance and operational exposure, particularly where identity verification, access controls and auditability are not adequately integrated into the process.

The webinar will also explore the need for closer coordination between CISOs, legal teams and IT functions, with unified ownership of risks arising from digital contracts and AI-enabled operations.

The discussion is expected to cover strategies for strengthening identity and access governance, securing digital contract workflows and building AI-ready processes without compromising business agility.

The programme is aimed at CISOs, cybersecurity and security architecture leaders, CIOs and CTOs, risk and compliance professionals, IAM specialists, enterprise architects, AI/ML leaders and data protection officers.

The webinar comes as organisations increasingly seek to balance rapid AI adoption with stronger controls around identity, access, compliance and digital trust. The convergence of these areas is pushing cybersecurity leaders to look beyond conventional infrastructure and application security towards the broader workflows through which business decisions and transactions are executed.
