½ cup sorghum (jowar) flour

¼ cup fine semolina (rawa/suji)

¼ cup yogurt

¼ tsp baking soda

Salt to taste

Ghee for cooking

Method:

1. Take sorghum flour in a grinder jar. Add semolina, yogurt and ¾ cup water and grind to a fine mixture.

2. Transfer to a bowl, add baking soda and salt and mix well.

3. Heat a cast-iron pan and sprinkle some water.

4. Spread a ladleful of batter evenly and drizzle ghee. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
