Thiruvananthapuram: In a novel initiative to motivate youths to vote for April 9 assembly elections in Kerala, a lively dance video featuring chief electoral officer Rathan U Kelkar has gone viral on social media.Chief Election Commissioner of India Shri Gyanesh Kumar launched the video in Kochi earlier. The one-minute and 33-second video shows Kelkar dancing on the seashore with top officials involved in the conduct of elections, including Thiruvananthapuram district collector Anu Kumari and assistant collector Sivasakthivel. Sarin S S, undersecretary, election department, and BLOs Sathyabhama, Anagha Sajikumar, Manasa R B, Devika Anil, Deepa L, Aneesh M S, Abhijith and Ashwin joined the beachside dance, enlivened by rhythmic orchestra.
