Udupi: An eighty-year-old man died after a bus hit the two-wheeler he was riding near Shankattu road in Shankaranarayana police limits on Friday.The deceased is Basava Naik. Around 11.45am, Naik was riding a motorcycle on the Kundapura-Ampare road. As he reached the Shankattu road from the Moodubagey Balkattu bridge, a bus driven by Ashok from the Siddapur side collided with his motorcycle, allegedly due to negligence.
