Mumbai: Four Bangladeshis were arrested by Kurar police from Malad for illegally staying in India. They will be sent back to their country. A police team was tipped off about the presence of Bangladeshis in Malad. It laid a trap and caught poultry shop owner Tuhinul Sardar (22), labourers Mohd Ali Sardar (52) and Mohd Imamul Rehman (46), and scrap vendor Narula Islam Biswas (41). New Delhi: Delhi High Court has agreed to examine a plea seeking standard guidelines for family courts while deciding child custody, visitation rights and shared parenting in matrimonial disputes. A bench of Chief Justice DK Upadhyay and Justice Tejjas Karia asked the petitioner organisations to submit a representation to the high court administration within two weeks. The court said that once the representation is received, the registrar general will place it before the appropriate authority, which will consider the request for a policy after consulting relevant stakeholders. Rourkela: A 30-year-old tea seller was allegedly stabbed to death by unidentified miscreants near rourkela railway station on Friday night. The deceased has been identified as Abhinas Yadav.Police said that around 9:30 pm on Friday, Yadav was going to nearby community toilet, when he was allegedly attacked by assailants armed with sharp weapons, following which he fell and died on the spot. Gurgaon: The city recorded a rise in night temperature over the past 24 hours.
