Kolkata: Calcutta University has invited applications for around 148 vacant BTech seats.Following a recent notice by the higher education department, the university has initiated its institute-level decentralised admissions, which will be on till Oct 27. The merit list will be published on Oct 28, and counselling will be held on Oct 30 and 31.In its notice, CU stated that candidates might send their applications on email and those unable to apply online could submit a physical application at Rajabazar Science College by 2 pm on Oct 27.Jadavpur University also started its institute-level decentralised BTech counseling on Thursday to fill engineering seats still left vacant.
