Srinagar, Sep 28: Apni Party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari has expressed grief over the death of five people, including a nine-month-old baby girl, in a road accident at Semari in Karnah sector.
Bukhari described the incident as a heartbreaking tragedy and conveyed condolences to the bereaved families.
He said he stood in solidarity with the families and prayed for peace for the deceased and strength for those left behind.
Bukhari also urged the district administration to ensure immediate and adequate ex-gratia relief to the families of the victims.
Apni Party leaders, including Kupwara district president Advocate Raja Manzoor, also expressed condolences to the bereaved families.
