Bittu claimed that over 100 AAP workers targeted the cavalcade and hurled eggs at it.
“A window pane of two escort vehicles broke. They also damaged the jammer vehicle,” Bittu alleged.

The BJP leader told reporters that if anything happens to him or those associated with him, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the state DGP will be responsible.
“I have brought the incident to the notice of the Union Home Ministry,” Bittu, the grandson of former Punjab chief minister Beant Singh, said.
Bittu was on his way to Pathankot to attend the anti-drug yatra, which is being launched by BJP president Nitin Nabin.
His security team has reportedly apprehended three individuals.
