Dhubri: BJP is getting battle ready with workshops across Assam that aim to equip distric-level leaders with skills required to address voters at rallies.At the workshops, state-level leaders are providing training on communication skills that will help workers connect with people and inform them about govt initiatives and major projects in their area.
One such workshop held in Sarbhog-Bhawanipur assembly constituency of Barpeta district was recently addressed by state P&RD minister Ranjeet Kumar Dass. Training programmes would continue till the announcement of poll dates in Assam, source added.BJP Dhubri district president Ranjit Kumar Ray told TOI that apart from state-level training, they were also organising booth, mandal and panchayat-level training.“We are also reaching every nook and corner of the district with our “Jan Ashirvad Yatra,”, Ray added.
