The “People’s Chargesheet” against the TMC government, gave elaborate details about the systemic corruption, institutional collapse, and compromised national security. Speaking at a high-profile convention in New Town, Shri Amit Shah characterised the document as a “chronicle of 15 years of betrayal” and a roadmap for the liberation of West Bengal from the current regime.

Stressing the infiltration issue, the “Chargesheet/white paper” pointed out that 569 kilometres out of the 2,216.7 kilometres of the international borders with Bangladesh remained unfenced, due to Trinamool government’s delay in land acquisition. TMC-backed syndicates have facilitated Fake IDs to the infiltrators for votebank politics, Shah said.
The Chargesheet also stressed on National Security & Infiltration and how 569 km of the state’s border remains unfenced due to the TMC government’s deliberate obstruction of land acquisition. He emphasized that this facilitates “vote-bank politics” through fake ID syndicates, directly threatening the nation’s security and regional demographics.
Shah said that within 45 days of forming the BJP government, the state will provide land for border fencing. Illegal infiltration will be stopped entirely.
The other major points in the Chargesheet:Institutionalised Corruption: From the multi crore crore Ration Scam to the recruitment corruption that saw 26,000 jobs cancelled by the judiciary, the Home Minister mapped the “Syndicate Raj” that has replaced the rule of law.
