Coimbatore: Bharathiar University will be conducting a free-swimming coaching programme from March 27 to 29 between 9.30am and 4.30pm for school and college students. Kumaresan, coordinator of the swimming pool, the university houses two pools, including an Olympic-size pool. Interested students should bring their own swimming gear and appropriate attire. The university also offers regular paid coaching classes and public access through monthly and annual subscription plans.
