Nagpur: A former online food delivery executive, who switched careers in pursuit of making quick money, was among four arrested after the Nagpur police crime branch busted an active online cricket betting operation linked to the ongoing T20 World Cup at Hingna on Friday. The den was set up at a luxury bungalow in Kothewada, Gumgaon area, under Hingna police station limits.Senior PI Shubhangi Deshmukh’s team under DCP Rahul Maknikar laid a trap and caught accused red-handed while accepting bets through mobile phone apps.Those arrested included Badal Kurhadkar (35) of Golibar Chowk, who previously worked as a food delivery man, along with Rahul Wadhwani (36) from Bilaspur, Lomesh Arora (26) from Kotwali, and Amjad Khan Pathan (48) from Bhaldarpura. Pathan was earlier a salesman at a cracker shop.
