Bhubaneswar: With the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) treating the Lingaraj Temple area as a ‘red zone’, police issued an advisory prohibiting the flying of drones or any other unmanned aerial vehicle. Any violation will invite appropriate legal action, as Maha Shivaratri will be observed on Sunday amid a huge congregation of devotees, the advisory said.
