Kolkata: Calcutta HC on Wednesday granted bail to former West Bengal Board of Secondary Education president Kalyanmoy Ganguly in a police case relating to the cash-for-job scam registered by the Bankura police. Justice Suvra Ghosh allowed Ganguly’s bail prayer on the ground that the accused had been in judicial custody without trial. However, Ganguly is in judicial custody in another CBI case. tnn
