Prayagraj: The 42-hour buildathon organised by Azad Labs, a sub-community of Azad Reads, ended with six teams showcasing their projects. The event focused on technology, creativity and innovation, with participants building working models of their own ideas.Kaveesh won the competition with The Desk Thing, a physical desk clock designed to offer digital clock features while reducing the need to check phones and other devices, thereby helping users stay focused.Other projects included Ambient Soundscape, a short film; Parchi—a website to check ingredients in food products—; Sudhaar, a govt grievance platform; and The Business Plan, which focused on entrepreneurship and business innovation.
