Kolkata: Ahead of the Monday (Aug 31) deadline, Bengal has achieved an estimated 87% compliance in Aadhaar-based biometric e-KYC for domestic LPG connections. The LPG dealers said the final figure was likely to be available on Monday only after the oil marketing companies (OMCs) complete the tabulation process.The state has around 2.7 crore domestic LPG connections.
