Mangaluru: The city police have registered 7,490 cases for parking-related violations since June 2026 as part of a special drive to improve pedestrian safety, prevent road accidents and ensure the smooth movement of vehicles.According to a release issued by the city police commissioner Sudheer Kumar Reddy CH, the cases involve no-parking violations, parking on footpaths, wrong parking, double parking, obstruction of traffic and other parking offences.
