New Delhi: A former security guard turned out to be the mastermind behind a theft at a restaurant in Dwarka. Police have arrested the 30-year-old man and recovered the stolen cash.According to the police, the incident was reported on Aug 10 from the restaurant in Dwarka Sector 20.
