Pune: Commuters have alleged that several autorickshaw drivers in the city are already charging fares according to the revised tariff, even though the new rates will come into effect on Sept 1.The Regional Transport Authority has approved the revised fare structure wherein passengers will be charged Rs30 for the first 1.5km and Rs20 for every subsequent kilometre. Jaipur: Rajasthan State Election Commission (SEC) has set strict 24 to 72-hour deadlines for district collectors to report compliance with the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) once the urban local body election schedule is announced.
