Out of 650 private hospitals, 150 have already stopped providing Ayushman services over irregular payments Gurgaon: Private hospitals across Haryana on Tuesday stopped providing treatment under the Ayushman Bharat scheme for 24 hours, citing prolonged delays in reimbursement by the state govt and claiming that nearly Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,200 crore is pending with hospitals across the state. Aizawl: A 20-year-old man arrested in connection with the death of a 15-year-old girl in Mizoram’s Lunglei district escaped from police custody around midnight on Monday, police said Tuesday.The suspect, Denghmingthanga of Mualthuam North village, was being held in the case linked to the death of H Lalramdinpuii. Kanpur: A 19-year-old youth died after being hit by a speeding vehicle in Shahjahanpur under the Satti police station area of Kanpur Dehat.The deceased was identified as Ashish Pal, a resident of Kathri village.According to police, Ashish was on his way to a computer café when an unidentified car allegedly rammed into him.Eyewitnesses said the impact was so severe that Ashish was thrown into the air and died on the spot. Ghaziabad: Allahabad High Court has enhanced compensation in a 59-year-old land acquisition case from Maharajpur, raising the rate from Rs 1.30 per square yard to Rs 20 per square yard.
